Justice

There is this really good video of a class at harvard called Justice. The professor asks very hard questions about justice and morality. This is a topic brought up in any discussions, "the right thing to do". Right now I think that we should all have a responsibility to help those who need help. Aid should not be denied to those who need it. Of course, some people beat the system and take advantage of the help offered, but there still are those who actually need help and we cannot deny it to them based on the few who "cheat". We have a moral responsibilities as humans to help other people in the world. The problem is convincing the well-off that they should do something about the poor. "Clothe the naked, feed the hungry, and visit the poor" should be more than a religious phrase. My views might change after I learn more but right now it just doesn't seem right that there still are people who die of hunger, thirst, and cold in the 21st century.
